Explanation As Books Darkness Falls (Dark Angels #7)

New York Times bestselling author Keri Arthur brings her Dark Angels series to a breathtaking conclusion as half-werewolf, half-Aedh Risa Jones treads a knife’s edge between the salvation of the human race and its total annihilation. The search for the last key to the gates of hell has begun, and half-werewolf, half-Aedh Risa Jones is in more danger than ever—and one misstep could prove ruinous. It's only a matter of time before Madeleine Hunter, the dangerous head of the vampire council, begins her hunt for complete domination. And for Risa, that comes with an alarming ultimatum: hand over the last key to Hunter or, one by one, her loved ones will die. Now, it’s a race against time for Risa to save those she loves, and to stop Hunter's apocalyptic plan to open the very gates of hell. INCLUDES A BONUS EXCERPT OF KERI ARTHUR’S FIREBORN

Criticize About Books Darkness Falls (Dark Angels #7)
Review posted: Happily Ever After - ReadsBlog rating: BIts finally here, the final showdown between Risa and her two enemies a sorceress hell bent on finding the last key, and Hunter a crazy, vampire/maenad using the power of her God to be virtually unbeatable. Shes also intent on getting her hands on the final key a key that would take down all barriers to hell. Add in that Risas pregnant and is willing to do anything to keep the man she loves safe as well as their unborn child and shes in

A beautiful phenomenal ending

Gutted that Riley and Risas' world is completeOne of the joys of reading these after publication date is that I have never had to wait for the next book. I have rattled through Riley and then Risa in about three weeks. This was worse than completing Riley as then you knew you had this spin off.now it is all done. I think the criticism levelled at Risa by others is unfair. It takes at least two books for the characters to move beyond the superficial and by God does Risa grow by the end of this

Love the Riley and Dark Angel seriesI love the Characters in the Riley and Dark Angel series. I so hope that there maybe an extra novel on all these characters. Love these novels they are very exciting you never get bored. I don't think I would ever get tired of reading about the novels. Excellent....

*Genre* Paranormal Romance*Rating* Satisfactory*My Thoughts*Darkness Falls is the final novel in the Dark Angels series. It all comes down to the search for the final key that unlocks the gates of hell. The final confrontation with the enemies that have made Risa's life challenging and put her friends and family at risk; the Raziq, the Sorceress, and of course, Madeline fricken Hunter, the crazy maenad vampire who likes to eat her enemies. Right from the beginning, Risa and Azriel find

I'm glad to see this series end. For me it started out with a bang, but went out with a whimper. I liked that Riley, Quinn, and Rhoan showed up more in this one. I loved the talks that they all seemed to give Risa, yelling at her to be careful while they helped while they could. It seemed like Risa and Azriel knew more this time around, they had the bad guys figured out, which sort of made things anti-climatic in a way. I did like seeing them get the better of the shifter and Hunter. Hunter

I am so glad I persevered with this series. By book 3 I was almost ready to give it up but the pace really started to fire in books 5, 6 & 7. All I can say is that I am glad that the bad buys got theirs and not too many of the goof guys bit the dust.
