Wen is an 11 year old who has just been adopted by an American family. She is over filled with excitement but has a hard time being excited because she had to leave her friend Shu Ling behind. Before she left Wen promised Shu Ling that she would find her a family. Wen experiences all different types of things that are part of our American culture.
