Description During Books Pride (Shifters #3)

I'm on trial for my life. Falsely accused of infecting my human ex-boyfriend--and killing him to cover up the crime. Infecting a human is one of three capital offenses recognized by the Pride--along with murder and disclosure of our existence to a human.I'm two for three. A goner. Now we've discovered a rogue stray terrorizing the mountainside, hunting a wild teenage tabbycat. It's up to us to find and stop him before a human discovers us. With my lover Marc's help, I "think" I can protect the vulnerable girl from both the ambitious rogue and the scheming of the territorial council. "If" I survive my own trial...

Evaluate Regarding Books Pride (Shifters #3)
Ugh the whole tribunal system was so dumb and fucked up. Were-cat justice is ridiculous. Faith still managed to piss me off in this book. She never knows when to shut her damn mouth and outmaneuver her opponents. The council men really pissed me off too. BY the end of this book I was fucking seething. If I wasn't sure after the events of Rogue I am now 200% convinced Faith doesn't deserve Mark. The one bright light in this series was Kaycee. I feel in love with this little girl as soon as she

I hate Faythe so much.Pride had it's funny moments - mostly from the bears.. but it also had it's kind sad and frustrating moments too. Both of those actions are due to the wonderfully annoying Faythe. She deserves to die alone at this point. She doesn't deserve Marc or Jace - she needs to be alone. Forever.Besides that love triangle of horribleness, there's Malone. No, not post Malone - the singer. It's the evil guy that kind of wants Faythe's dads job on the council. He also probably wants

Awesome! This was even better than the second and I liked already this one so much!! But Pride was simply awesome! Faythe grows so much and I love her more and more. All annoyance is gone in this book and I finally saw the woman that will hopefully end to lead the Pride. They way she handled this poor 13 year old kitten was incredibly strong and even heart warming. I love and admire her strength to fight for what she wants and for what she thinks is right. One figure surprised me a lot in this

hey Faythe (or whatever your name is) my poor marc

The best book of the series so far. Picking up basically right where Rogue left off, we spend the book with Faythe as she is charged for her crimes of the previous book. Again, Faythe continues to grow and mature and is finally forced to deal with the consequences of her actions. Unfortunately this time she isn't the only one who suffers. Her relationship with Marc continues to be an emotional roller coaster, and there were definitely a few tears shed as I read. The discovery of another tabby

This is not so much a review as it is a sorrowful, heartfelt complaint that this series is headed straight down a path where I never wanted it to go. I thought Faythe would grow as a person, a woman and a werecat and learn some valuable lessons that would lead to making more educated decisions for the Pride and for herself. But I can now most definitely predict the outcome and I hate it. Note: I also confirmed my suspicions by glancing at spoilers - not to worry as I won't put myself through

Pride continues shortly after Rogue left off. Faythe is on trial for her actions at the end of the previous book. However, it seems like her entire life is put under a magnifying glass and all her mistakes have come back to bite her on the ass once again. At first Faythe feels worried that the verdict will be for her to be caged or declawed. By being declawed she would be left helpless to defend herself for life. But she soon finds out that execution is also on the plate as well, especially in
