I did NOT finish this book, I don't get it.

This is my second time going through this series and it is as good as I remember. I look forward to reading the last two. This book continues the story of Leven Thumps, Clover, Winter, and Geth. Leven finds himself still in Foo and encountering people he wished he didn't have to, but knows he needs to. He will learn who is mother is and where his roots started. If you enjoy fantasy, pre-teen, or adventure stories, this book is for you!

There were times when I was pretty certain I had not actually read this book previously. Except for the fact that I knew how it ended. It just carries you along even though this one seemed to be more "build" for the next ones, towards the series climax. There are some interesting occurences and character growth. What does fate have in store next?

It took me a bit to get into the story because it has been so long since I read the others. But in the end I enjoyed the book overall. Thank goodness for the guide at the back or I would have been totally lost at the beginning.

I have been reading this series for just a week and I can't believe how quickly I got wrapped up the adventures. I love there are also pictures to help visualize the scenes.

Ah, Hector, causing trouble again?
