Commentary Toward Books Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Ultimate Guide (Percy Jackson and the Olympians #companion book)

The Ultimate Guide is a good book for Percy Jackson fans, but you can get a little bored of it. It's packed with information about Percy, Annabeth, Grover, and even monsters he fought! I liked that you could take a quiz about who your god parent would be, but I didn't like that the Ultimate Guide has a whole section about Percy's "background". It took up a lot of the book, and most of that information is in the first book. On the positive side, I really like the pictures in the book, and I like the section about all of the gods and goddesses. My favorite is the section about life at camp. There is a double page picturing Camp Half-Blood and on the next page, Percy's camp schedule. It's kind of cool to see what life at camp half blood would be like. It also has a great front cover. I saw it in the book store and was immediately drawn to the shiny holographic cover. It opens up with a magnetic clip thingy which also made it look cool. The Ultimate Guide is great if you are a Percy Jackson fan that wants to learn a little bit more about Percy Jackson and his life.

Criticize Based On Books Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Ultimate Guide (Percy Jackson and the Olympians #companion book)
It's a very simple guide on the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series. I remember enjoying it a lot when I was younger but now that I'm a little older it isn't as interesting. But I do really like the illustrations and the maps of the Underworld and Camp Half-blood.

Grade: A-This great companion book to Percy Jackson & the Olympians, But doesnt give a lot of information or much guide for me as young-adult. This is only for Kids.It is written by Mary-Jane Wright who did very well to this Series by Rick Riordan and I respect that.-The Hardcover were Really Great made in Malaysia And Blue is Percys Favorite Color.-Cards of Characters is actually pretty Cool.-Bunch of Caparo Illustrations, Photo, And Others Are actially pretty good.-Reading the Knowledge

I really miss the Percy Jackson world and I really hope I reread the series sometime within the next few months. This guide book is very useful if youve forgotten or get get gods and goddesses confused as there are so many of them. I liked the art work (except those character art - luckily Rick Riordan uses Virias fan art as cannon). Also loved the layout of each section and the style of book this is.

So May has been on a mythology and cryptozoology kick. Her grandmother bought her The Lightning Thief and this book for Christmas. We thought we'd hold off on the Percy Jackson books for a little while since they are aimed for an older set of kids. However, after reading D'Aulaires' Book of Greek Myths, May grabbed this book and demanded we read it to her. It took a little bit of explaining that it was a guide to a series of modern stories (she isn't buying the picture of Poseidon in a Hawaiian
