There are images in this book I think I'll have in my head forever - and they're pretty horrific, but I can see why it was necessary for Josh Cannon to wrte it - and if anyone has suffered a fraction of the total insanity he's encountered, reading this could give you hope.I liked this book very much despite the graphic portrayal of events that triggered me badly.

I can't understand how a father could do this to a son and how a mother can justify it by saying 'It's all because you were a beautiful boy'. They're sick and they almost destroyed this man's life but with the love of his new family and friends he is able to see a future for himself.It was really heart-breaking.
